Terms and Conditions for Louise De Masi's Watercolour Classes, Bundles, and Memberships

1. Access Duration

• Lifetime Access: The student shall receive perpetual access to the course materials as long as the course remains available on the platform.

  • Duration of Access: Lifetime access implies that students will have indefinite access to course content as long as it is available on the platform.
  • Platform Longevity: Lifetime access is contingent on the operational status of the hosting platform.
  • No Expiry: There is no expiration for access under these lifetime terms.
  • Termination and Modification
    • Provider's Right to Terminate or Modify: Louise De Masi reserves the right to terminate or modify the terms of Lifetime Access for reasons including but not limited to:
      1. Legal Impediments: Intellectual property disputes or legal injunctions.
      2. Discontinuation of Business: Closure or insolvency of the platform.
      3. Technical Overhaul: Significant changes to the platform that render previous versions of the course obsolete.
    • Notification Requirements: In such cases, adequate notice will be provided to students to enable them to download any course materials affecting their Lifetime Access.

2. Ownership

• Intellectual Property: All course materials are the exclusive property of Louise De Masi, and students are granted a license for personal educational use only.

3. Non-Transferable

• Individual License: The access granted is exclusively for the individual purchaser and is non-transferable.

4. Updates to Course Materials

• Inclusive Updates: Lifetime access may include any future updates or additions to course materials at no extra cost.

5. Refund Policy

• 30-Day Window: Students may request a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase if dissatisfied with the course.

• Behavioural Guidelines: Students are expected to adhere to respectful and ethical behaviour within any course-related forums or discussions and in any interactions with the instructor/s and or other students.

• Violations: Access may be terminated for any violation of these terms, including unauthorised sharing or distribution of course materials.
